Refunds & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and aim to keep things simple and fair. If you need to return an item, please read the guidance below.
1 Orders & Cancellations (UK Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition
Sandpaper must not be cut, used, or damaged
Please note: Where products are supplied as cut lengths or prepared specifically to order, they may be exempt from cancellation rights.
2 Club & Bulk Orders
For woodturning clubs and bulk purchases:
Returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrect items
We recommend checking your order details carefully before purchase
If you need help choosing grits or quantities, feel free to contact us before ordering.
3 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
Where appropriate, we may ask for a photo to help resolve the issue quickly.
4 Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns (UK consumers), return postage is the customer’s responsibility
For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return costs
5 How to Return an Item

6 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods (or proof of return).
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
7 Practical Note on Our Products
Our sandpaper is a consumable product. Once used, it cannot be resold, so we are unable to accept returns of used items.
If you are unsure which grit or type to choose, we’re always happy to help before you order.

Until notified otherwise on this web site, we do not currently accept orders from outside the UK.
